The number of certificates will depend on the size and organisation of your company. A certificate is issued to a single individual; only this person has the right to use it and it is therefore necessary to provide additional certificates for persons wishing to replace him or her in their absence.

You have to complete the paper file in duplicate and deliver it to your branch office that will carry out the necessary checks (identity, authorising the persons who ordered the certificate). Once the form is accepted by the branch office, SG TRUST SERVICES starts making the certificate.

A notice of availability is addressed to the manager while the Subscribers receive an e-mail; they can then obtain the certificates through the Internet.

In the e-mails informing the Subscriber of the availability of the certificates, we also give him the URL to which he will have to log on to download his certificate.
